It's so fun watching the kids getting excited to celebrate birthdays. Sophie and Jackson asked all day when daddy would be home. I loved hearing Jackson practice singing "happy birthday". We had a fun night at home on his actual birthday and then a couple of days later we had a birthday dinner and cake at Oma and Opa's house. Sophie and I worked hard on his cake which was inspired by Sophie's all time favorite show right now, Cake Boss. She was so proud of it!
