It seems like Christmas is in the next few days as we are trying to get everything done before Wednesday and the addition of a new baby! We're just about done with our Christmas shopping and the cards are just about made and will just need a picture of the baby added. The tree was just finished being decorated today and now we're in full force getting things done the next couple of days! Jake came home from college on Saturday so we hung out with him for awhile. Sophie definitely missed her uncle Jake and had him by her side almost the entire time. In fact, when Mike and I got back from Christmas shopping (and hadn't seen Jake yet), the first thing Sophie says to us is "no take my Jake." We heard that often that night! We had fun making sugar cookies with uncle Jake as well that night.
we couldn't find the rolling pin so Mike found this in the garage...it got the job done!

most of them didn't actually end up on the tree though...but she did make a nice pile of them under the tree!
don't forget to measure your waist before you have that baby!!! i like showing the boys with a measuring tape how big around i was!! :)
